At Orthofeet, we offer a 60-day wear test to ensure your total comfort and satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we provide free shipping on all domestic returns and exchanges.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email.
Pack and Ship
Place the footwear in its original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
