How long does shipping take for my order?

We offer a 60-day wear test. If you are not completely satisfied with the comfort and fit of your shoes, you can return them for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase, even if they have been worn outdoors.

Yes, many of our shoes are designed with non-binding uppers, seam-free interiors, and extra-depth designs specifically to provide protection and comfort for sensitive feet associated with diabetes and neuropathy.
How do I determine my correct size?
We recommend ordering your standard shoe size. Our orthotic insoles and anatomical arch support are designed to fit true to size. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the best fit.
